Clearing a bitmap layer

Use the Clear Bitmap button to clear the bitmap artwork from a selected layer. When you clear the artwork, the model area is reset to the secondary colour.

To clear a bitmap layer:

  1. In the Project Tree, select the bitmap layer you want to clear. The name is bold and highlighted, and its panel is displayed below the splitter bar.
  2. On the panel, click . The bitmap artwork is replaced by the secondary colour. The Palette retains the same colours and associations.
