To receive a full refund for a purchase of a Carveco software product, you must return it within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase.
This policy applies to all purchases of products bought directly from the Carveco online store or directly from a Carveco sales agent. Email sales@carveco.com to contact us and request a refund. When doing so, please provide your order information to help us identify your order and issue your refund.
When your refund is approved and processed by Carveco, typically within 5 to 7 business days, the credit will be issued to the payment method made during your store transaction. Please contact the card-issuing bank or payment service provider for information about when the credit will post to your account. All access to related software will terminate when your refund is processed.
