Locking enables you to prevent the artwork on a vector layer
from being moved, deleted or edited. Locking does not prevent you from
transferring artwork between vector layers.
To lock a layer:
In the Project panel,
click the icon
beside the vector layer in the Project Tree.
To unlock a layer:
In the Project panel,
click the icon beside the vector layer in the Project
Tree.
