To Work With Toolbars

The main screen includes four docking areas in which you can position the Menu bar and any available toolbars. The areas are indicated in gold:


 

Hiding and displaying toolbars

To hide a toolbar:
      1. Select Window > Toolbars and Docking Windows. A submenu is displayed.

                  You can also display this submenu by right-clicking a docking area.

      2. In the submenu, deselect the name of the toolbar you want to hide.
To redisplay the toolbar, select its name in the Window > Toolbars and Docking Windows submenu.

Repositioning Toolbars

By default, the Menu bar and any displayed toolbars are docked in the upper- and left-docking areas.
To reposition a toolbar:
  1. Position the cursor over the toolbar's grip, for example:


  2. When the cursor changes to , click and drag the toolbar to its new position.

    As you move the toolbar, Carveco updates the screen layout. When the toolbar is positioned away from a docking area, the toolbar's name is displayed.

  3. When you have repositioned the toolbar, release the mouse button.

Reverting to the default layout

To revert any changes you make to the screen layout, select Window > Reset Layout or Window > Layout > Standard.
      The availability of toolbars and layouts is license dependent.
