Use this menu option to show or hide the display of the relief
clipart in the 3D view. If the relief clipart is selected when Toggle Clipart Visibility is toggled on, the outline
of the relief clipart and its bounding box is still visible.
The Toggle Clipart Visibility

3D View toolbar is a shortcut for this menu
option. The accessibility of this button is layout dependent.
